We’re constantly seeking highly motivated and talented students and postdocs to join our team. If you’re interested, please check our available positions in the following subject areas:

• Reinforcement Learning Theory: This research area is purely theoretical and investigates the exploration and exploitation tradeoff for active learning scenarios. Applicants with strong math backgrounds or a willingness to learn are preferred. Please refer to our recent works: [paper1a] [paper2a] [paper3a].
• Efficient NLP: We’re working to develop efficient NLP methods and models to enhance their feasibility in the real world. This includes compressing recent large language models (LLMs) to alleviate their massive computation and memory requirements. We’re seeking applicants with excellent communication skills and experience in coding. Please refer to our recent works: [paper1b] [paper2b].
• Weather Forecasting AI: We believe AI can assist in fighting climate change, and weather forecasting AI is a great place to start. We’re seeking applicants with excellent communication skills and experience in coding. Please refer to our recent works: [paper1c] [paper2c].

Open Positions

• MS and PhD students: We have open positions for Spring/Fall 2024, but not for Fall 2023.
• Postdocs: We always have open positions.
